I am an AT&T customer and have been loving my Fullscreen membership, but I am being charged for data usage while watching videos. What's going on?

Oh no!  Check that you're connected to the AT&T network while streaming Fullscreen on your mobile device.  Also, make sure you're using the latest version of the Fullscreen app.  If that doesn't work, get in touch with us at help@fullscreen.com.
