I am trying to register for the AT&T Fullscreen offer and I am getting a message that I am "ineligible." What do I do?

Please note that you will not be able to receive the Fullscreen offer if:

  • Someone else on your plan has already redeemed the offer.
  • You already took advantage of the offer on the phone number in the past 12 months.
  • You are not on a postpaid plan.
  • You are currently receiving a discount through your corporation (i.e. your phone is on a business account).
  • You have a reseller pre-pain phone.
  • Your account has been suspended or placed in reduced rate.
